All of our orders placed between Monday and Friday are dispatched directly from our Sydney warehouse within 24 hours using Australia Post.
Due to higher order volumes, we do not currently offer a pick-up service.

Tracking Your Delivery
All orders come with FREE tracking so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
In the very slim chance that your items have been damaged or are simply incorrect, please kindly contact us within 2 business days of receiving them.
For all valid claims for damaged or incorrect goods, customers will have the following options:
Please note that all returns must be in the condition received by the customer. No refunds/credits/re-supply will be made where a customer simply changes their mind or has opened the goods.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays.
